SAP Project Manager

• Accountable for managing SAP projects or programs within defined time, quality and cost constraints
• Able to provide assistance to the Business Unit during the opportunity creation phase through the delivery of scoping assessments, resource estimation, project costing, proposal and SOW generation and Customer/Partner project team evaluation
• Responsible for meeting project profitability targets
• Manage project delivery expectations and relationships with clients, partners and various business units
• Collect and record project knowledge and experience and seek to actively impart this to other members of the professional services team
• Monitor project risks on a periodic basis
• Ensure the organization offers the greatest value and satisfaction to clients by leveraging the capabilities of SAP and delivering professional services in a consistent manner
• Explore additional business opportunities with customer by close co-ordination with customer, product sales and marketing teams

SAP –   Business Analyst

• Work with project manager and SAP team to clarify the level and complexity of the business analysis effort needed for the project
• Select the appropriate elicitation technique to efficiently identify critical requirements
• Analyze and refine business and functional requirements
• Ask the right questions through the use of interviewing templates developed specifically for this purpose
• Identify the five core components necessary to analyze a business area
• Plan an approach for analyzing, categorizing, and managing requirements
• Define testing objectives and verify requirements are testable
• Conduct effective requirements reviews to improve the quality of requirements deliverables
• Anticipate issues, think proactively, and use critical thinking skills to plan

SAP Configuration Analyst
(This position description specifically for Materials Management)

• Understand the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE document and sign-off with users for Business blue print document
• Setting up organization structure of material management and relevant configurations like purchase organization, valuation area plants, storage location, and warehouse structure etc.
• Finalization of material groups, purchasing groups, payment terms, pricing procedure
• Finalization of various number ranges for material master, vendor master and all purchasing and inventory documents
• Configuration of release procedure for purchasing documents such as Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order
• Preparation of testing document and internal testing
• Integration testing with other modules PP, SD and FI/CO
• Preparing the cut over strategy for MM object
• Preparing the user manual and deliver training to business process owners

SAP Change Management Associate

• The SAP Change Management Consultant will provide support to the SAP team in the development, delivery and measurement of change plans in support of the SAP project plans and strategy
• Assist in the identification of all process and technology changes, business impacts and organization change management implications
• Assist in the delivery of stakeholder engagement and communications activities to promote awareness, information and engagement within the business
• Produce multiple media type communication vehicles to support the business in support of building a compelling case of change and to continue to support the cohesive picture of the SAP strategy
• Assist in defining roles, jobs, and organization changes that are required to support the future state business capability
• Develop training and end-user support materials, including classroom materials, online support materials, job aids, and quick reference guides
• Consult with the different business units on an ongoing basis to implement the change management approaches and plans

SAP Basis Administrator

• Provide day to day project support and administration for SAP ERP systems and related components
• Liaise on an ongoing basis with teams supporting interfacing systems such as server, network and database
• Provide additional support to business users dependent on the system
• Perform all functions related to SAP Basis support including day to day support and administration, client copies, system refreshes, SAP instance configuration and performance tuning and trouble-shooting.
