- Accountable for managing SAP projects or programs within defined time, quality and cost constraints
- Able to provide assistance to the Business Unit during the opportunity creation phase through the delivery of scoping assessments, resource estimation, project costing, proposal and SOW generation and Customer/Partner project team evaluation

(This position description specifically for Materials Management)
- Understand the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE document and sign-off with users for Business blue print document
- Setting up organization structure of material management and relevant configurations like purchase organization, valuation area plants, storage location, and warehouse structure etc.
- Finalization of material groups, purchasing groups, payment terms, pricing procedure
- Finalization of various number ranges for material master, vendor master and all purchasing and inventory documents
- Configuration of release procedure for purchasing documents such as Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order
- Preparation of testing document and internal testing
- Integration testing with other modules PP, SD and FI/CO
- Preparing the cut over strategy for MM object

SAP Change Management Associate
- The SAP Change Management Consultant will provide support to the SAP team in the development, delivery and measurement of change plans in support of the SAP project plans and strategy
- Assist in the identification of all process and technology changes, business impacts and organization change management implications
- Assist in the delivery of stakeholder engagement and communications activities to promote awareness, information and engagement within the business
- Produce multiple media type communication vehicles to support the business in support of building a compelling case of change and to continue to support the cohesive picture of the SAP strategy
- Assist in defining roles, jobs, and organization changes that are required to support the future state business capability
- Develop training and end-user support materials, including classroom materials, online support materials, job aids, and quick reference guides

- Provide day to day project support and administration for SAP ERP systems and related components
