Logistics Coordinator
- Organize the regular meetings within the department
- Serve as control point for all outgoing/incoming shipments
- Conduct orientation for new hires into the department
- Act as a coach or find resources to assist team members to achieve results
- Review and ensure departmental documentation is circulated and understood in line with existing departmental procedures
- Be responsible as the first point of contact for other Practice Firms except in matters of accounting
- Prepare progress chart for the department
- Coordinate work flow
- Keep projects on schedule
- Prepare status reports and present to management

Buyer/Procurement Analyst
- Develop and maintain a list of key suppliers and their products and the annual business volumes
- Document cost savings and cost increases each month
- Perform supplier evaluations
- Regularly obtain competitive quotes or proposals as a means of identifying cost reduction opportunities
- Complete proposal evaluations/negotiations with consideration for the entire supply chain cost position
- Review Company’s purchasing practices. Recommend and update policies and procedures for the department
- Work with other team members to develop new business opportunities
- Track all aspects of inventory as regards upcoming purchasing activity
- Other duties as assigned

Inventory Analyst
- Analyze reports to identify primary opportunities to reduce inventory through changes to scheduling, order quantities, cycle time reductions, stock levels, forecasts, or excess inventory write-down
- Meet regularly with Inventory Control Program team to advise on the use of analysis tools to prioritize items for cycle time or inventory reduction
- Establish and maintain robust methods for reporting and forecasting inventory reporting, including but not limited to: exception reporting, purchase forecasting, 40-30-30 reporting, obsolete inventory and gross inventory tracking/forecasting by program
- Assist in the budgeting of company inventory and cash flows
- Lead and coordinate new initiatives from concept through implementation to support further enhancement of supply chain effectiveness through shipments, batch sizing, consignment, and other key drivers
- Provide support to the Company's planning process
- Act as the Corporate focal point on all matters of inventory

Warehouse Supervisor
- Develop, implement and act as liaison for all operational issues, process changes and cost reduction initiatives
- Participate in developing efficiency initiatives
- Develop strong operational processes that ensure client requirements are consistently met; ensure that these processes are maintained and updated regularly
- Ensure that processes and changes are effectively deployed
- Maintain and grow a healthy relationship with clients and expand the existing contracted scope of work
- Ensure that the office and warehouse team members communicate effectively and that all handoffs between them are seamless
- Create specific, relevant measurements to monitor performance; mentor and develop direct reports for continued growth and success

Supply Chain Coordinator
- Assist in the launch of new vendors to ensure flawless introduction
- Work with logistics personnel to help optimize transportation
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of product purchase price metrics
- Plan sub-contractor production
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize purchasing and inventory levels
- Coordinate purchases of imported products from sister companies and third parties
- Determine efficient use of stock, ensuring availability of products in the Warehouse
- Optimize logistics cost reductions while meeting customer requirements
- Optimize delivery process cycle to control costs
- Identify and correct product quality issues
- Track and trace shipments in transit
- Communicate with suppliers and carriers to find status of shipments and provide feedback to the different departments about arrivals and departures

Demand Planner
- Perform data maintenance for systems associated with Demand Planning (re-tagging product variations, new SKU introductions, SKU discontinuations, ABC classification, etc.)
- Assemble and analyze all data pertinent to creating the baseline forecast
- Analyze historical product demand patterns, trends and other business insight to properly select and assign statistical forecast models at the SKU - Customer level
- Ensure constant improvement in all aspects of the forecasting process that result in higher accuracy levels for the business
- Develop forecasts for new product rollouts, version extensions and test markets, including development of like models, phase-in and phase-out profiles, utilizing current forecasting tool
- Ongoing communication and good working relationships with Marketing, Sales, Accounting, contacts at other Practice Firms etc.
- Generate weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports on significant forecast vs. actual variances with the maintenance of a daily SKU tracker to properly assess sudden swings in customer buying patterns / market fluctuations
- Initiate and lead monthly forecast meetings with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Accounting
- Take leadership role in driving the demand planning process and forecasting improvements
