Human Resources Officer

  • Provide confidential administrative support to the Manager of HR Department
  • Prepare and coordinate all HR related correspondence: confirmations of interviews, notification about acceptance or rejection, answering inquiries
  • Prepare presentations and reports
  • Support recruitment activities and initiatives
  • Assist in organizing in-house and external special events 
  • Prepare employment letters and orientation packages for new employees
  • Coordinate recruitment calendars and travel arrangements for the team
  • Arrange and conduct orientation for new employees
  •  Track attendance records using HR management software: poll, add new employees to the system, prepare swipe cards for new employees, produce and submit attendance reports to Payroll Department and supervisors.
