Provide confidential administrative support to the Manager of HR Department
Prepare and coordinate all HR related correspondence: confirmations of interviews, notification about acceptance or rejection, answering inquiries
Prepare presentations and reports
Support recruitment activities and initiatives
Assist in organizing in-house and external special events
Prepare employment letters and orientation packages for new employees
Coordinate recruitment calendars and travel arrangements for the team
Arrange and conduct orientation for new employees
Track attendance records using HR management software: poll, add new employees to the system, prepare swipe cards for new employees, produce and submit attendance reports to Payroll Department and supervisors.
