As an employer, you may be interested to know that since the Practice Firm was launched in late 2005, we have provided work experience to well over 250 participants, almost 80% of whom were successful in finding meaningful employment.
World Service Cargo attempts to minimize recruitment risk for employers by using HR tools and techniques to screen applicants, to assess their hard skills and then to build on their overall competencies during the program. Our goal is for our participants to be “job ready”.
