Administrative Assistant/Reception

  • Provide administrative support to ensure that the organization is maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner. Main activities are; prepare correspondence, reports and other documents, maintain office files, open and distribute mail, take  minutes at meetings and distribute minutes
  • Ensure that Supervisor is provided with the resources to make effective decisions. Main activities are ::maintain confidential records and file, prepare documents and reports using MS Office, schedule meetings
  • Look after receptionist services.  Main activities are:  greet and assist visitors, answer phones, direct calls and respond to inquiries
  • Perform other related duties as required  such as filing documentation, managing Outlook emails,  making travel arrangements, photocopying and faxing
